“ Food is Always good here. We love the shredded beef sweet burrito's. Yum!! Always friendly. ”
“ Food is great and really fresh. The chicken tacos are the best anywhere. They are very flexible with your food needs. They always get high ratings with the food safety reports. Their cheeseburgers are as good as Haleveta Tavern Not the fanciest place, but always very clean. Maria on the phone is always cheerful and efficient. ”
“ Having come from Southern California (specifically lived a while near East Los Angeles,) I got spoiled with genuine tortillerias - this is probably your next best thing especially off 26 in middle of nowhere. Called a bit before 2 pm on a Wednesday for a king burrito (no beans, no rice) to go - within 15 min it was ready for pickup, and I was back on the road. Loved the hatch chilis thrown in for good measure. ”
“ Isn't the fanciest place but the food is delicious. Order yourself and pickup your order at the counter. No outside seating but a lot of indoor seating. No alcoholic beverages but a large selection of sodas. A quiet restaurant even when full of customers-everyone was busy eating. ”
“ Authentic Mexican food! Tonight I was a first timer with my wife. We order regular chicken tacos, fajita tacos and some tacos so good! The service was nice and quick. The lady who worked the register told us what to order which was super helpful. We will define back because my wife and I love some authentic Mexican food. ”
“ I've stopped in here a few times over the years. This place has been here forever. Right on the main drag heading into North Plains but the building is easily missed if you aren't looking for it. Circa 1950's non-descript building with muted signage. Suits me as I hate crowded diners. They have a great breakfast burrito. It's massive and very tasty. Prices are decent and the food here is as Mexican as it gets. A tad hot for this anglo but I survive. Nice folks. I assume it's a family business. Friendly, efficient and the place is immaculately clean. There's a Taco Bell right across the street. I wonder how they stay in business with the King as competition. Mostly locals inside any time I've been there. Latinos mostly. If you are craving truly authentic Mexican fare this place will suit you well. ”
